Order & Shipping Policy
We work hard to get your order to you within the timeline provided at checkout. However, please note that some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping by USPS is quoted at the time of check-out. We know that large orders or international shipping can be expensive! We are happy to check with multiple carriers to find the most reasonable shipping option to meet your needs. Just select 'Custom Shipping Quote' at checkout and email email@example.com . Shipping costs will be billed separately. Orders will only be shipped once all shipping costs have been paid.
Please allow 10-15 days for your order to arrive when using standard delivery in the continental USA. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other locations.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We do our best to combine products where feasible to save customers on shipping costs. However, some orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Volzke & Williams maintains a physical presence. A physical presence can be a store, warehouse, or office.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve your concerns. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on the following: custom orders, vintage or antique items, and one-of-a-kind products. Clearance or sale items are final. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
We suggest you use a traceable and insured shipping method to ship your return merchandise to us. The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
